The symposium language is english.
Venue
The symposium will be held in the congress centre of Rolduc, Kerkrade, The Netherlands (www.rolduc.com) .
Conference participants have the choice to reside at the conference centre Rolduc or at the nearby four star hotel Erenstein.
At the conference centre Rolduc there are two types of rooms. One includes personal bathroom and toilet, the other have personal wash-stand and shared toilet and bathroom only. Initially, the latter will be allocated to students while the former will be allocated to regular participants. However as the number of rooms are limited and one type of room might be fully booked we do not garantee that participants paying the full regular fee will be allocated a room with personal bathroom. So we advise the paricipants to book as early as possible. Booking will only be complete after payment of the conference fee.
Final program
A limited set of papers will be selected for oral or poster presentation by the scientific committee.
Proceedings
Kluwer Academic publishers will publish the proceedings after the symposium.
