La caverne de Geulhem is a centuries old, man-made cave, which has been transformed to a tastefully decorated top-level facility for banquets. The facility is not open as a restaurant for individual customers. So, it is a one-time opportunity for everyone to enjoy an exclusive environment.
While all evening meals on other days are included in the conference-fee, the conference organisers did not provide a substitute meal for anyone deciding not to participate to the dinner. There are plenty of restaurant facilities within a 15 minutes drive from Rolduc to provide you with a meal.
