Distance from the hotel to Rolduc is about 20 minutes on foot. There will be a shuttle between the hotel and Rolduc.
Reservations should be done directly with the hotel with a reference to IUTAM before October 15th 2002. The rooms are allocated on a first come, first serve basis. As the number of rooms is limited, reservation should be done as soon as possible.
